MY STORY

Three years ago, I was 275 pounds—feeling lost, self-conscious, and struggling.

Transformation Through Faith & Fitness

Fitness, health, and faith in Jesus helped me change my life.

• By God’s grace, I’ve run marathons, completed Spartan races, tackled 24-hour mountain rucks, and competed in bodybuilding.

My Passion for Helping Others

• As a certified personal trainer, I help clients lose weight, gain confidence, and live healthier lives.

• I also guide middle and high school athletes to perform at their best, using lessons I’ve learned from playing football, basketball, and golf. and the knowledge i’ve gained as a trainer and athlete myself.
